The short version: your songs are yours — but download everything before you cancel, and verify the current ToS since terms evolve.
1. Generated songs generally stay yours. Songs you created while subscribed typically remain yours under the terms at creation. Canceling stops future generations, not past ownership.
2. Credits stop, obviously. No new generations (or a reduced free allowance, depending on current policy). Plan your final generation spree BEFORE canceling.
3. Commercial rights follow the tier at creation. If you made a song on a commercial tier, its commercial status was set then — keep your receipts and tier history as proof.
4. Download your library. WAVs, MP3s, stems, lyrics, style prompts — all of it. If you ever resubscribe under new terms, you'll want your originals and your recipes.
5. The smart pause: if you're just taking a break, download everything, cancel, and come back when you have a project. Your catalog waits for you.
