The crowd keeps showing up for two reasons: something in your prompt is inviting it, and 'no crowd' in the Style box is being read as 'crowd.'
1. Check your prompt for invitations. Words like anthemic, epic, stadium, massive, live energy, singalong all scream 'concert' to Suno. If any are in there, that's your culprit — cut them.
2. Put the negative in the Exclude field, not Style. Write crowd, audience, applause, cheering, live concert, stadium ambience in Exclude. Never write 'no crowd' inside the Style description — v6 parses the noun and ignores the 'no.'
3. Describe the room, not the absence. Instead of fighting the crowd, give Suno a room with no room for a crowd: intimate studio recording, close-mic vocal, dry, no reverb tail. A 'studio' framing leaves nowhere for an audience to stand.
4. If one section keeps adding applause (usually the intro or outro), use Replace Section on just that part with [quiet studio intro, no audience] in the brackets.
The pattern to remember: Exclude field = what you don't want. Style box = only what you DO want, described positively.
