Yes — two paths, depending on how clean you need it.
1. Get Stems (cleanest). ... > Get Stems splits the song into vocal, drums, bass, and other. Mute the vocal stem, mix down the rest — you now have a true studio instrumental. This is the pro move and it's exact.
2. Regenerate as instrumental. In Create, use the same Style box, empty lyrics, and add [Instrumental] as the first line plus instrumental, no vocals in Style. It won't be the same performance, but it's free and fast.
3. The hybrid: stems-mute the vocal, then if the instrumental feels empty where the vocal was, use Replace Section on those gaps with [instrumental fill, guitar answers the missing vocal] — fills the vocal-shaped hole.
4. Going forward: when you make a song you might want instrumentally later, generate the instrumental version FIRST, then Cover it with vocals. You get both versions from one lineage.
5. Free-tool fallback: if stems aren't available, run the song through a free vocal remover (Ultimate Vocal Remover, free and excellent). Not as clean as stems, but surprisingly good.
